Having outgrown their
offices, SAM moved to a brand new custom built unit
at Pacific Park, Ocean Way, Cardiff.
Cardiff IT Support Ltd were chosen to supply and
install data networking hardware, a Windows Small
Business 2003 Server and a number of Windows XP Professional
Based Workstations.
Email is now handled by Microsoft Echange Server,
VPN remote access is available, faxes are sent and
received electronically, virus and spam is stopped
before it enters the network and a scheduled backup
ensures all their data is kept safe.
Cardiff IT Support Ltd are on hand to assist with
any support issues but proactive maintenance and remote
access to the network means support issues are kept
to a bare minumum.
