• Next Business Day Response. (Same day in many
cases).
• A 30% discount on our off-plan hourly rate
• Preferrential Treatment over off-plan customers.
• Helps reduce unforseen expenditure and helps
you budget more accurately.
• 3 Month minimum contract.

Pay As You Use / Off Plan
Alternatively, some customers choose to pay as they
use. This is self explantory, if you have a problem,
you call, we attend. The pricing structure is as follows.
• First hour of any site visit £65.00.
• Subsequent hours £45.00.
• Telephone / Remote Access support £20.00 per
incident.
• Response time normally Next Business Day.
Prices exclude VAT.
